Philipp Eisbacher

I am a ScrumMaster at Netconomy Consulting GmbH since 2014 in charge of on team and the strategic development of agile process in the whole company. There are currently 12 Scrum Teams with 4 ScrumMasters located in Graz and Vienna. We are working together with our customers to provide eCommerce experiences in the whole D-A-CH region but also worldwide. 

Together with three other people from the Community I host the monthly "Scrum Stammtisch" by the Scrum User Group Graz. We facilitate a lean coffee and give lightening talks to kick of great conversations. Since two years we grow our community and have now more then 15 people constantly joining our Stammtisch and our social events like "Buschenschank" and "Glühwein".

I was Speaker at Agilia2015 and the Agile Competence Exchange 2015 about using Scrum for corporate development. We use this in Netconomy since the beginning of 2014 as process to involve the whole staff in the direction we move on. 

I love to help people and teams to make the biggest possible impact on a day by day basis without loosing the big picture. If I'm not occupied with this I#m a passionate father of two kids and a volunteer at the Red Cross Graz.
