Pamela Buder holds PMP, CSM, CSPO and CSD certifications who has a solid track record of leading multiple teams through the challenging transition from waterfall to Agile practices. She has a years of IT experience in all facets of planning and development. Her professional training gives her the perspective needed to guide teams and help train future Scrum Masters to harness Agile as the competitive advantage it was meant to be. The transformation path can be difficult, especially in companies that use both methodologies and her experience allows her to work in both worlds make the transition smooth. She has experience running multiple scrum teams and mentoring teams in Scrum and Kanban.
