Pete Blum

Pete Blum is President and COO of Phoenix Portfolio Partners and an Agile Coach and Trainer with fields of expertise in Information Technology, Global Operations, and Logistics. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and a Personal Agility Recognized Practitioner and Ambassador through the Personal Agility Institute. Additionally he's a Certified Mental Health Life Coach, a Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and a Human Behavioral DISC Trainer.

Pete has a passion to helps individuals and families using Personal Agility, as a Life Coach, and as a Leadership Coach. As an Agile Coach and Trainer he also helps companies that want top performing teams or to grow their organizations leadership.

Pete is a proud US Navy and US Marine Veteran that volunteers to train transitioning military, veterans, and their spouses on Personal Agility, LinkedIn, networking, career readiness, job searching, and entrepreneurship. He also educates companies on what it takes to hire and retain Veterans. Pete is dedicated to helping others, in business and in life to grow and succeed every day.
