Pascal Auregan

Pascal AUREGAN is an Agile Practicioner. Starting as a developer with two other trainees in a non IT company in 2006, they looked for a set of methodologies to apply to a self organized team giving the CEO a continuous delivery. Those were his first steps in Agility.

In 2009, he left for a big company and an european project in a PMP approach (Pascal is certified PMI CAPM). JEE scrum developer at first when the project moved for scrum in 2010, he has been Scrum Master since 2013. Convinced by the agile methodologies, he certified himself Scrum Master and PMI ACP to serve better the team and the organization to reach the goals promoting the Agility in this company in transition.

In 2016, the healthy air of switzerland conviced him to go to Geneva. He has been Agile coach since this date and JEE scrum developer to keep in mind how the technology and software quality can help the team to be Agile.
