I am very passionate about anything to do with Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban & Lean) & pursuing constant learning in those modalities. I love working with people to create high performing teams that can achieve anything. What inspires me is being able to share my passion & ignite an enthusiasm for agile in others & inspiring them to embark on their agile journeys too. I am interested in coaching, facilitation & how to scale effectively within the organisation. I've been a Scrum User Group of South Africa committee member from 2011 to 2017, & love interacting with & actively particpating in the agile community.
