Biography
Oliver Winter is a Product Owner & Scrum Master from RTL interactive GmbH, Germany. As a Product Owner, he was part of different Scrum teams, implementing AdServer for online performance marketing, hotel booking solutions or video on demand products.
Oliver became first involved into Scrum in 2010 having a discussion with his CIO regarding other ways of digital product development. In 2011 he implemented a first Scrum Team at Ligatus GmbH, Germany - with the help and support of Andreas Schliep (https://www.scrumalliance.org/community/profile/aschliep#sthash.U4rCalcc.dpuf)
He has worked as an Agile Coach at various companies in Germany. His special interests are extended education for Product Owners, the particular challenges of the Product Owner Role and the need of changing organisations.
