Olga Anfilova

Hi, my name is Olga Anfilova. I have 11+work experience in the IT industry, mostly working for the outsource projects.

My previous main activity was connected with the QA workflows, besides getting the iSQTB certificate - Foundation Level - for QA skills (2010), I attended the BA course (2014) and participated in the Certified SM training course to be certified (2014).

For 3 years I functioned as the scrum master for the Swiss product company cross-functioning distributed teams.

Year 2016 - I passed the basics and principles of Project Management course by Aliaksei Minkevich, PMP.

Now I function as a Delivery Lead for several Thomson Reuters projects at the EPAM Systems. Previously I acted as an Agile Coach for a TR project team. 

Year 2018 - PM61 Project Management Fundamentals by the Institute of IT&Business Administration.

Also I'm one of the Women Techmakers Minsk leaders (from 2015 till now).
