As an Agile Coach I help teams and managers in an organisation improve their agility across the board. This is done by working with individuals, teams and connecting them to the organisational metrics and goals. I work to improve communication and collaboration to generate transparency. I also work with software teams to help them with delivery, speed and quality. I work on team building / Design SPRINTs / Facilitating workshops / Scrum best practice / coaching Scrum Masters / Remote working best practice and tools / 1-2-1 Product Owner coaching / Team Resilience workshops. Previous experience in managing the full life cycle of web, mobile apps, responsive mobile builds, social media, interactive experiential and TV based projects over the years. My background includes Broadcasting / video post-production / Web Design and development. My experience has led me to generate and maintain all project documentation including budgets, scopes, RAG reports, statements of work, functional specifications, wireframes, and timelines.
