Born with the blessing of being an extrovert by nature, I draw my energy from people. I like to be organized and ensuring people who I meet in this journey of life are made comfortable is what comes naturally to me. The blend of these two qualities is what is predominently required for being a successful Scrum Master.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to being my career with Infosys as a developer where my eye for detail was first discovered. I built my skills for working with reporting and database there. Given that Infosys still worked in a waterfall model for software development, I was able to gather that experence.

Thereafter, I moved on to working for a startup which was neither waterfall nor agile. It was adhoc. However, I am grateful to have found the opportunity to work in a team, all of 8 people supporting the largest political party in the country and being their IT backbone. I discovered my skill of being a graphic designer and developed a reuable framework as the content management system

Backed by the experience of having working in the services industry and then into a fast paced dynamic startup, Skyhigh became my first industrial experience with scrum. I was hired to be a people manager but discovered to be a program manager. I havent looked back since. I have since handled mutliple scrum and kanban teams simultaneously, the journey contnues...
