Nigel Sexsmith

I am currently a Director of Business Transformation delivery at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). In previous roles at HSBC Bank Canada I have been at the forefront of agile and scrum adoption. I began my career in Technology delivery roles and helped to source our initial agile training partner, Agile42, to build bottom-up agile ways of working, measure success and gain buy-in within the organization. I became a CSM in 2013, CSPO in 2018 and A-CSPO in 2024.  In my previous roles, I have helped coach teams on how to use agile to incrementally develop products and features.  I have also used agile ways of working to effectively scale teams across different business areas and leverage a central product roadmap and OKRs that drive business prioritization.
