I am an agile leader who is leading an enterprise Agile transformation and, heading the agile delivery at Gapstars, a Netherlands company.
I am a servant leader, an agile coach and a consultant on product planning and scrum mastering, an agile trainer and a professional speaker.
My key strengths are building enterprise agility as a core competency, heading agile delivery and leading the transformation journey. I have a roll-your-sleeves leadership approach, believing in building autonomous high-performing teams who are empowered to engage with stakeholders and build thought leadership.
I firmly believe that teamwork and collaboration are the essence of building culture.
I am an academic who is eager to create a space for tomorrow’s leaders to look at innovative ways of working and leading.
