Currently working with FIS Global (formerly SunGard Global Solutions) in Pune. I am heading the delivery of products under multiple portfolios that includes Financials, Risk and Health Care. I am also responsible for the developing and executing growth strategies across these portfolios. Roles and Responsibilities

• Delivery Head for Financial, Risk and Health Care Portfolios with a revenue of $50M
• Responsible for end to end Product Delivery for 7 Products (IDP, IDR, RPA Solutions for Managed Services, Insurance BI, PMCS Console, Health Care Products (Macess and FormWorks)
• RISC Liaison for all the products (Responsible for Scanning and Remediation of both Veracode and BlackDuck)
• Managing around 90+ Resources in India
• Peer for the Vice President Product Deliveries in States
• Responsible for Strategic Planning for growing offshore business
• Responsible for offshore hiring and team development
• Working Closely with US Customer Support Teams to identify and potential issues / product enhancements and drive possible funded developments
• Participate Weekly Leadership Meetings and Reports to Sr.Director Product Delivery in India
• Driving Innovation and Pune Centre Manager for Hackathon events working closely with Global CTO
