Through his experience in production management, he has been focusing on creating a perfect harmony between modern technology and human skills. Working in small sized comapnies, such as Composites System, he figured that Agile Management methods, like Scrum, creates high product value for the customer, and improve the team performance. Furthermore, he's convinced that the Scrum method raises the bar of a team's innovative efficiency.
