I am Nimish Bandhu Maji performing the role of Sr. Scrum Master in Cognizant Technologies Systems, Pune. I have been in this profession for last 17 plus years. I have a master’s degree in computer application from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar University, Aurangabad. I stated my professional journey as a software developer With National Informatics Centre. When I joined Xento I got exposed to Agile and Scrum. Agile fascinated from the day it was introduced to me and this motivated to work as a Scrum team developer and then as a Scrum master. I have done CSM CSPO, CSP-SM, CAL-E, PMI-ACP, IC Agile – Agile Coach, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist 5.0 and a LKU – TKP certification. I have experience of managing teams in scrum environment. In my journey with agile, I learn how team transform form Individual Island to a team and this helped me to coach team to mature and evolve as a self-organised agile team. When working with Clarion Technologies I got an opportunity to write different processes for CMMI Level 3 certification which should adhere to agile principles and manifesto. Scaling agile and scrum was also a great experience when different teams have to synchronize and board the same train and work for one program increment goal.
