Neal Ang

Joined the workforce in 2003 as an Applications Developer and have been doing development work for more then 10 years now. Core langauge is Java, proficient in Javascript, C# and scripting. Was introduced to Agile early in career, but interest was snuffed out by organizational impediments.

In 2014, attended Scrum training and was part of pilot Scrum team as a Developer. Interest in Scrum then Agile was rekindled and grew. Became an agile evangelist spreading benefits of Scrum and Agile to the organization by conducting brown bag lunches, hosting lean coffee and meetups.

In 2016 created 2 agile teams for supporting organization's core products and fulfilled the Scrummaster role for both teams, trained and mentored another Scrummaster to help fill in the role for one of the agile teams.

2019 joined newly formed Digital Media Product Division as Product Manager and currently playing the Product Owner role for SPH Radio digital product.
