 Minglan has 15 years of experience in various companies as an operational development manager, agile&lean coach and trainer, quality manager, product owner, project manager, test automation project lead, tester, developer, etc. In late years she had been an organizational agile&lean coach and trainer for large R&D departments with multiple countries in Microsoft, Nokia and a Finnish company Elektrobit, etc.

Her experience spans both IT industry like software, telecommunication, internet industry, and traditional industry like automobile electronics , aerospace etc. 

She is experienced in process improvement with lean method, offering lean management consultancy service, lean tools implementation, Kanban implementations, agile& lean organization transformation, product ownership coaching/training, Scrum process coaching/Training, Scrum master skills coaching, agile leadership coaching, business process improvements. 

She had been engaged in SAFe(Scaled Agile Framework) implementation in Nokia at enterprise level. That background gave her rich experience in guiding agile transformation in complex and large organizations. 

Besides, she is a senior quality manager with strong experience in leading the quality system establishment and improvement in enterprises and large complex programs. She had been leading CMMI implementation in Eletrobit China. 

Minglan is one of the community leaders of lean and Kanban in China and is very active promoting lean in China.
