Mark Waite first moved a team to an agile methodology in 2003 while at CoCreate Software. Managed the transition to Extreme Programming.
When CoCreate was bought by Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) in 2007, became the build and integration manager for the PTC Windchill product. Managed two different scrum teams spread across 5 time zones, including team members in India and China.
Worked at CA Technologies in 2013-2017 as a director in a continuous improvement focused culture using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Joined CloudBees, Inc. (the enterprise Jenkins company) in 2017 as a technical evangelist.
