Mennan Tekbir

Mennan Tekbir is Principal Solutions Architect and ADM Director with extensive software engineering, management, and coaching skills with more than 20 years of experience. Customer Care, Order Fulfillment, Provisioning, Mediation, Charging, Policy Control, Billing, Dunning are his working areas. He has worked several Charging and Billing Systems ( E/// BSCS, Optiva Gold, i2i FCBS, i2i OCS and some in house systems) in tier-1 CSPs ( like Turkcell, Avea, Vodafone and Turk Telekom) and some others ( like Life ). When one of Tier-1 CSP began its OCS journey, Mennan was the main responsible for all technical aspects from i2i-systems, leading and coaching more than 40 highly skilled professionals (analysts, architects, software engineers, consultants, QA, and DevOps engineers).

During his career, he has held several positions ranging from development, consultancy, management, and architecture. He is currently curious about Distributed Computing and Artificial Intelligence Operations (aka AIOps).

He is also agile enthusiast and is Certified Scrum Master (CSM, Scrum Alliance) since 2015. He was in the first Billing & Charging Agile team, when agile transformation began in one of Turkey’s Tier-1 CSPs in 2011. He also has 12 TM Forum certifications (including eTOM, SID, TAM, OpenAPI, ODA and AI).

Several courses (software engineering best practices, agile methodologies, Oracle Database and PL/SQL, i2i Online Charging Infrastructure etc.) have been given by him and has made a book review during his early career.

He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering and has continued his academic career with master’s degree in computer science. He is also a university lecturer; Enterprise Application Development course is given by him in several universities in Turkiye ( like ISBU, Bahcesehir )
