Additionally coaching all Product Owners and Scrum Team Mambers in Scrum and what it is, how it must be used and all the responsibilites. An additional part of my daily work is to be a Scrum Trainer for companies. So I'm creating and compiling Scrum Trainings for either such a subgroup of employees in an specific domain of an company, or creating specific open Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner trainings for an complete company i am transforming into Agile Scrum companies. It's my daily work to coach and mentor and train all roles and parts of Scrum in companies and organisations. Either while they will be transformed into agile companies / organisations by my self too, or just as they want to start with Scrum by using small teams at the beginning. Additionally a lot of companys and Scrum Teams will be coached and trained by me especially if they identified, that their "Scrum" is not Scrum anymore and they are using "facaed scrum", "scrum but ..", ... . So in that stage i will help them, to re-adopt Scrum. Another part of my work is, moderating open Scrum Courses for Scrum Basics, Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner. If i identify, or if asked, i'm implementing SAFe in companies too. There i'm doing all things and transformations beeing mandatory so that the agile transformation will be successfull.
