Matt Sharpe, Agile Practice Lead and Principal Consultant
I help organisations succeed through leveraging best practice in Agile, Business Agility, Digital Transformation, Program and Operations Management. I have extensive experience in Consulting, Strategic Planning, BPR, Analytics, Project, Programme and Portfolio Management. I have a proven international track record within high-profile digital agencies, technical and media organizations including SBS, BBC, Foxtel, MBC and News Corp.
One of my core areas of expertise is in the consulting and implementation of agile, and I have led efforts to introduce, embed, coach and rollout this process in organizations in 4 different countries. I have spoken about my experiences and insights in doing so at the inaugural Scrum Gathering Australia and at the 2013 Scrum Gathering in Las Vegas.
In addition I am company director of tech startups Pitchmi and Digital Taskforce. I am a CSP, CSM, CSPO and also hold certications in AgilePM and SAFe.
