Sandra McDowell : A Consultant, Coach and Trainer for profit and non-profit organisations spanning government, telecommunications, financial services, travel, professional services, media and pharmaceutical industries. Having spent 30+ years delivering mission critical systems, I understand the problems organization’s face in today’s fast-paced and changing world.  I work with organizations to improve their capabilities by implementing the right methodology to best suit their context.

Since 1995 I've been actively promoting an agile approach through consutling, coaching and training. I've been consulting and coaching in a variety of organisations since 2008, growing with every engagement.  In looking for new engagements, I seek out opportunities to learn and to grow professionally. Professional growth is important to me and use all avenues to ensure I stay abreast of new ideas and concepts in this industry.

Along side my consulting and coaching engagements, I like to share my experiences through training delivery. Over the past 8 years I've developed a wealth of training simulations that have been delivered to 6000+ people.
