Marcello Rossi

My first work experience is IT Consultant in Altran Italia. I started as a software developer for software solutions in a banking environent and I was involved directly in the Agile cicle of my team.

After my first months in the company I started to work also as analyst, taking part in the backlog refinement process, and as an active tester, keeping also my responsabilities as programmer.

In the last year I decided to deepen my knowledge of Scrum/Agile and I attended to a ScrumMaster and Product Owner certification course, and I started to follow the Agile User group in Milan. In my company I am one of the starter of an internal Agile group. In this group we share materials and our experience our Scrum implementations.
