Mario Rodriguez - My background is in the IT realm. Started at a ISP in 1999 that at the time was a major competitor to AOL (definitely aged myself here :) ), which then grew into what would become at that time the largest dedicated server provider in the world. After a few mergers and acquisitions this company, EV1, became part of the comglomerate IBM acquisition of SoftLayer. That was certainly a learning experience of working with quantity over quality. 

In 2006 had to opportunity to be part of the software industry with another start-up called R1Soft where I had the ability to focus on quality over quantity and helping solve a pain point in the hosting industry of data backups. 

Today I mainly focus on helping businesses grow their business at a software company, cPanel, Inc. which empowers many large hosting companies today, 7 out of 9 of the best web hosting services of 2015.
