Michael Reed

I have been involved in various aspects of the software industry for over 20 years.  I have also been a critical component to the successful design, implementation and adoption of full application life-cycle management solutions.  While working for IBM as a Managing Consultant for the Rational Software Brand I had the opportunity to engage with various types of organizations and business environments.  I pride myself on bringing experience from various levels of the software development life-cycle including requirements management, software change and configuration management, and build/release/deployment.  In addition to my background and experience with software engineering I also bring additional versatility and breadth of knowledge in infrastructure management, network and systems administration, security, disaster recovery and project/program management. As a Certified Scrum Master I am also deeply in tune with the organization and adoption of Agile methodologies and leading teams towards a more effective team-driven approach to development.
