Michal Radvan

I am a person with a great overview and a sense for perspective and detail. Thanks to my education and the existing practice I can classified myself as an IT professional with focus on the analysis and project management. Due to my practical knowledge of web development, I also participated in several projects as a front-end developer. Other position HR Manager/Consultant has brought to me, except the ability to manage people, a detailed knowledge of the situation on the market of IT professionals and experience in a BodyShop/Recruiting area. I see the main strenght of each project in people and their motivation. I am a team player with strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills. I have a liking on a formal correctness which must never prevail over common sense. I'm fascinated by new technologies and I try to get the most of them.
