Fascinated by process and product quality. For him quality is identified with satisfaction. Experience gathered during product testing convinced him that process is key factor of product quality.
Mariusz was collaborating with companies ComputerLand, Systemy Kodów Kreskowych, Hurra.com, eSky.pl. He believes that Agile is best way to achieve high business value for organisation. For couple years was building and supporting teams actively performing role of Scrum Master to grow to role of Agile Coach working at organisation level. Mariusz was cooperating with ProCognita as trainer and Agile Coach. Focused on self-awareness, self-organisation, trust and communication is supporting teams on their way to maturity and fun in work environment.
Mariusz is actively participating in non-profit activities as co-organizer of Agile communities as ALE Kraków, Agile Coach Camp PL.
