I aspire to lead in the software development sector by applying Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. My immediate objective is to take on a leadership position as a Scrum Coach or Product Owner.

With nearly 18yrs of experience, I have successfully managed the entire design and development process for various IT projects using Agile methodologies. As a Certified ICAgile Agile Coach, A-CSPO and SAFe® 5 Agilist, I currently hold the position of "Asst. Vice President / Product Owner" in CITI India's Global Functions team. My expertise lies in automating finance processes through business process modeling on the advanced Appian platform.

HIGHLIGHTS

- As Platform PO, collaborated with GFT stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
- Managed Platform backlog of user stories for 2 APPIAN products simultaneously. 
- Established user story acceptance criteria and refined stories with Scrum teams.
- Implemented 8 projects using APPIAN across GFOC playing different roles as Developer, BA, and Scrum Master.
- Lead 4 projects as APPIAN lead, Technical SME as part of continuous improvement team.
- Managed ~200+ EUCs aligning to the end to end EUC lifecycle management using HSBC’s defined policy.
- Developed ~30+ projects & quick wins using Excel/Access, VBA & SharePoint
- Streamlining the current automation process in HSBC to reduce the team effort by 5% - 10% per month. Successfully managed to reduce 300hrs of team effort/month from a mid-size (~50 members) team.
- In a year managed to lock benefits of 3 FTE/annum; $4.5m cost avoidance/annum; $0.5m cost saving/annum across Shell Business Operations.
- Conducted virtual Technical Trainings (on Excel, MS Access etc.) of 40hrs in a year for staffs (around 400 participants) across Shell Business Operations.
