I’m a technology leader, entrepreneur and Certified ScrumMaster with more than 20 years of experience helping teams turn complex ideas into valuable digital products and services.

My career has combined software delivery, product development, Lean-Agile transformation, coaching and operational leadership across financial services, travel, consulting and technology. I have led globally distributed teams, supported organizational transformations, mentored leaders and practitioners, and helped create working environments where delivery, learning and business outcomes reinforce one another.

I see agility not as a collection of ceremonies, but as a disciplined way to make better decisions, reduce uncertainty and improve continuously.

Today, as co-founder and CTO of TechMosaic, I apply that experience to artificial intelligence and intelligent automation, connecting technology with real processes, people and business goals. I also enjoy teaching and sharing practical lessons with professionals and students.
