Title: Agile Samurai
I realized that to work and live well, meticulous knowledge of the technical part wasn't enough, but there is the subtle need to go deep in the human being.
When I entered Agile world I understood I have found the gate to what I was looking for: a world where relationships are even more important of the person itself.
I mix my Coach competencies and attidute togheter with the creativity of experential activities, live and online, in my SCRUM Master routine.
Moreover I assists companies to transition to organizational and cultural models that are better suited to survive to the complexity world typical of creative and knowledege work like software development.
