Title: Project Manager
I, Manjushree Murthy have started my agile journey from Feb2011 when i became a part of team where there was a transition happening from onsite to offshore and had a good mix of team who are located in different geographical locations. I was promoted to a role of shadowing scrum master for offshore within 7 months and started getting coaching on carrying out different ceremonies of the scrum as a scrum master. Meanwhile i was also a part of Scrum of Scrums which used to happen once in 15 days. Now being a full time Scrum master, have got experience in conducting ceromonies, coaching other scrum masters, conducting release retrospectives for other teams, facilitating PO in release planning, risk analysis etc.
