Matthew Munoz: 20 years at Cisco Systems utilizing the Cisco Great Engineering Methodology (GEM) waterfall process. Last 3 years at Cisco, I have had the great experience of integrating the Agile framework into a new software development program. Endured and met the challenges of mindset/paradigm shift not only in software development and testing, but also in the other departments such as leadership, manufacturing, customer support, partners, and other internal processes.
