Dingshan Li

Dingshan Li is an experienced Agile coach with 8+ years hands-on experiences as well as more than 15 years experiences in IT industry. Since he moved to Australia, he has worked in different Sydney based companies as Agile coach and helped them to have successful Agile transformation. Dingshan has good coaching and facilitation skills and take pride in being able to help the organization to make changes with self-awareness. He has worked with senior management levels in organizations to set up Agile transformation strategies and worked with different teams on daily base to coach and train them in their Agile practices. In his most recent role, as an Agile coach, he is working in one of Australia's big 4 banks, to help the organization to transform from traditional way to new way aligned with Agile and Lean values and principles and so to increase business agility. Through challenging the existing system and introducing different proper Agile practices, he helped the organization to establish more transparent environment to encourage more collaboration between IT and business what enabled them to deliver values earlier. He also helped the organization to set up more innovative culture through introducing Design Thinking and Lean Startup principles and practices. And most important, He helped people to change their mindset and embrace the value of Agile. Dingshan has a deep understanding of the Agile values and believes in using the guiding principles of Respect for People and Continuous Improvement as key factors for success. He also has good practical experience with various Agile methods and practices such as Scrum, XP, LeSS, Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery and etc. At the same time, Dingshan is an active contributor to the Agile community and contributed to Agile community establishment in China, and engaged in communities' activities, like Agiletour and Scrum Gathering as speaker and contributor.
