MIchael has been coaching and consulting organizations of all sizes for more than a decade in becoming more effective in their own digital strategy.
Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban and XP are just some the agile power tools in his belt to make meaningful change happen.
He wrote two books, "The Spirit of Scrum" - a series of real events how Scrum is being used in organizations, as well as "Extreme Agility" - a collection of short, thought provoking ideas for radical change.
He also created some humorous material, including "The Scream Guide" - a satirical list of antipatterns collected from misapplications and misunderstandings of Scrum across the globe - and "Everything Wrong With Agile," a cynical snipe at antipatterns on agile ways of working encountered in many organizations.
Today, Michael focuses on the TOP Structure, a scale-free, pattern-oriented approach to become more agile across an entire company,
