I'm a problem solver at heart. In college, I learned to solve problems visually. A career in startups and agencies taught me to use technology and code to solve larger, more complex problems. When I began to run teams and products I needed a new toolkit. I found Scrum. I now use Scrum methodologies to organize and add value where I can. As the UX lead at CIRA, I've acted as a Product Owner, UX design / Developer and Scrum Master.
