Mark Foster, CSM 
I was responsible for the management, tracking, and executive reporting on dozens of large scale agile projects involving multiple small to medium sized teams. At the McCombs School of Business I took the lead for transitioning an in house webteam from waterfall development to Scrum/Agile methodologies. Including my Scrum master responsibilities I also served as technology coordinator for website/mobile projects that successfully served millions of unique annual users.

As a project manager I was often tasked with project execution from brainstorm to full solution for a client base of over 30 academic programs and research centers within The McCombs School of Business representing over 400 faculty and staff.
