As an entrepreneur and developer from the 1980s through the 2000s, I created many innovate products in check processing, credit cards, lending and social spaces.  Many are still running today.  How my teams got there were always way outside the lines, but we were so innovative, fast and reliable.  Today I recognize the instincts that drove me then can be distilled to Lean Product Development, Lean Flow and Agile.  Today we have grown past our initial euphoric Scrum/Agile days in small startups to understand a much fuller picture of what works at the team level (still Agile and Lean), how to align organizations as they scale larger, how to make decisions based on an economic basis and how to approach development of large products.

My passion is to teach, coach and implement what I and others have learned, have fun doing it  and continue the life long journey of learning and improving.
