Marcelo Fernandez is a Scrum Alliance-Certified Scrum Professional, Scrum Alliance-Certified Product Owner and PMI-certified Project Management Professional, with exceptional background managing enterprise-wise, global projects.

Marcelo has helped a wide variety of large-size organizations such as Sony, Novartis, International Paper and ABB, and led cross-functional departments and multi-cultural teams across the U.S., Canada, Japan, China, and Latin America.

Marcelo has been immersed in the art of Scrum, committed to continuous improvement, and bringing the spirit and techniques of Scrum to large organizations.

Marcelo is a former member of the PMI South Florida Chapter Board of Directors. He was also selected as a Subject Matter Expert to review, edit and write questions for the new PMP (Project Management Professional) test certification based on the PMBOK 5th edition, and has published in the PMI Today ® Magazine.
