Mehrdad Ekbatani

Mehrdad Ekbatani, graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Sheffield in Computer Control Systems. I have achieved significant success working for the telecom giants Ericsson, Vodafone, and Nokia, in Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific and North America. I have expertise in the full E2E product development lifecycle management in telecoms/IT industry. I have successfully managed and grown international teams directly and in matrix organizations. I have owned a number of strategically significant accounts, managing the relationship and maintaining customer satisfaction. By successfully managing the technical sales management have achieved significant customer satisfaction and sales targets.

I have been on the leading edge of tech industry since the 1990s and have very strong expertise in continuously driving technology innovation to meet network operators and enterprise customers' business needs. I am currently leading the 5G evolution for our current product line. In the past, I have owned the delivery of annual network infrastructure evolution and transformation investment programmes, through network technology delivery and rollout activities. Over the last 20 years, I have had a multitude of product management experience. Over the last 6 years, I have driven the vision, design, build and go-to-market strategy for a suite of mobile telecoms cloud core products.
