Mobarak Hossen Chowdhury is a Technical Sr. Project Manager/System Architect/ Team Lead from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has completed his BSc in Computer Science and MBA from American International University Bangladesh. He has more then 13(+) years experience in Product and Project Management, Software Development on any platform (Desktop, Web and Mobile), Software Architecture Design, Build Management and Software Development Process Improvement Activities.
He has been following Agile philosophy and Principles for last 5 years. On 2012 he first introduced Scrum on his organization and started practicing it. Since then he has been working as a Scrum Master on that company. In his current organization he also conducts scrum training and workshops. In the process of learning and implementing scrum he obtained CSP-SM, CSP-PO, CSM, CSD & CSPO certifications from Scrum Alliance and he is the only CSP-SM, CSP-PO, CSM, CSD & CSPO of his organization so he conducting training for the different teams by playing role as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Scrum Coach.
He is an active participant of Agile Bangladesh Community. He is responsible for coordinating and collaborating to arrange the monthly meet up and other sessions on agile & scrum. He is also providing free Scrum training to other organizations and also conducting personal workshops in order to introduce and promote Scrum in the software industry of Bangladesh.
