Personal Overview:
After 20+ years in the technology space my experience, skills and competencies are exceptionally diverse. Highly dependable and loyal, in this time I have only worked for four organisations, across IT professional services, pharmaceuticals/agriculture, retail/eCommerce and now currently wagering.

I have a remarkably high level of experience and accomplishments across both the business, and technical sides of the development and delivery life cycles. Well known for my application, I have an proven track record of delivering personal, team and business outcomes.

Passionate about the Agile. I am an Agilest and facilitator of Agile and ceremonies found within different Agile frameworks. I am a:

I am actively involved in building and maintaining outstanding team and organisational cultures.

I am a father of two who looks for adventure and thrives on a challenge. During winter you will find me in the backcountry ski touring or spending time resort skiing with the kids. In summer kitesurfing is my adventure activity, you will find me chasing the ultimate combination of sea breezes and waves.
