Mario A. Brückner is a transformation coach and consultant with over 20 years of international experience in leadership, project delivery, and organizational development.

Over the past decade, he has conducted 200+ workshops, trainings, and transformation engagements in more than 10 countries. He has delivered over 100 official SAFe® trainings, including SPC, RTE, LPM, ARCH, APM, POPM, and others.

His work focuses on lean agile scaling (SAFe®, LeSS), lean portfolio management, and strategy execution—particularly in hybrid organizations and complex system environments such as hardware/software integration and large cyber-physical systems.

Mario is certified as SAFe® aSPC, SPC, RTE, LPM, ARCH, LeSS Practitioner, OKR Coach, and Transformation Catalyst. Additional expertise includes Profit Streams, Kanban, agile contracting, remote collaboration, intercultural leadership, team dynamics, and sustainable change.
