Michele Brissoni is an international Tech Advisor, Fractional CTO, and Board-Level Strategist who has spent more than two decades helping organizations evolve from fragile transformations into sustainable digital excellence.

Rooted in the precision and discipline of Ferrari Formula 1 during the Schumacher era 🏎️, Michele built his career at the intersection of behavioral science, engineering culture, and organizational strategy. Over the years, he has guided Fortune 500 enterprises, scale-ups, and PE/VC portfolios in overcoming mediocracy — the de-facto IT standard silently killing more companies than any competitor.

When he’s not in boardrooms evolving organizations, he lives a relentlessly intense life. A true survivor, Michele came back from a coma, overcame paralysis from a broken back, beat cancer twice, and endured more than 40 surgeries. Today, with a body reinforced by titanium and a spirit unbroken, he lives as a disciplined vegan 🌱, training Judo and JuJitsu — holding six black belts 🥋 — alongside the former chief of Slovak special forces. He smashes 500 burpees a day to keep his mind sharp and his body battle-ready, following the Latin adage: Mens sana in corpore sano. Through it all, he never lost his smile 😊, optimism 🧘🏻‍♂️, or belief 🙏🏻 that resilience can turn the hardest trials into fuel for growth.
