Marco Brioschi
Senior Software architect with strong experience in software design and development gained in a very huge range of business areas. I have been performing in roles with increasing responsibilities in managing complex projects and teams.
In these last years I focused on Agile methodologies and experienced both Scrum and Kanban with different teams and company departments. As a Scrum Master, I worked both with junior teams, skilled teams and also team created from scratch. I applied Agile concepts to all the phases of the software development cycle: design, implementation, delivery and maintenance. I had experienced all the steps of the value chain.
