I am a seasoned Product Manager specializing in merchant payment solutions within the Product & Technology division. With a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and compliance, I am leading the development and optimization of key merchant products including online payments.

I play a pivotal role in bridging business strategy with technology execution—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Finance, Risk, ECAD, and external partners. I am responsible for crafting market and product requirement documents (MRDs/PRDs), managing product lifecycles, and ensuring seamless operations across reconciliation, settlement, and dispute resolution processes.

My work is instrumental in driving merchant adoption, enhancing user experience, and aligning digital payment products with regulatory standards and strategic goals. Also I have the analytical mindset, stakeholder management skills, and commitment to delivering impactful, user-centric solutions in Bangladesh’s evolving fintech landscape.
