Managing or leading a test team is not an easy job, but I'm very passionate about it.

I started my tester career in 2012 at Novabase, and since the beginning, I have demonstrated that I'm a person very interested in learning more about testing, quality, and best practices implementations to do the best job ever and also to be part of the best team. 

I was involved in management test support since the began of my tester career, participating in activities such as testing methodologies and best practices implementation, defining training plans... always having some concerns about testing process improvement in the organization. At the end of 2012, together with my colleague Sara Pinhão, we had developed an iterative and reusable test case design methodology, which we called DIRP. Last year, I was responsible for the Testing Center of Excellence, with the intention to get a well-executed continuous improvement to increases QA team effectiveness across the organization.

Now, as a test lead/manager at OLX Group, I have to make critical decisions regarding recruiting the best people on the market, about the testing environment that is required, and how the testing tools and procedures would go hand in hand with the development cycle.
