Muhammad Salman Aslam.   

I am an experienced Developer and Manager in IT/Software Development Industry. Over 17 years of hands on experience in all aspects of systems development life cycle including project management, requirements development, requirement management, resource management, vendor management, logistics management, system design / modeling, coding, verification, quality assurance / control, testing, implementation, copnfigurastion control, IT security policy/standard development and O&M support.

I am skilled at aggregating resources, and galvanizing staff to deliver comprehensive, robust, client-focused IT solutions, services and operational support. I have strong analytic, quantitative, research, and data gathering and management skills. I have managed and assisted many clients in shifting from legacy systems to moderanize theri systems includijng moving to cloud / viortual environments and in shifting the development practices from predictive to dynamic deveopment and operational paradigms. Recently I have moved on to the Agile mostly using SCRUM Framework, A number of projects delivered as Team member, Scrum master and Product Owner. Apart from being flexible towards emerging technologies I am also extremely enthusiastic at leveraging existing methodologies, process, resources, and technologies for solutions which are best suited to achieve project / business  and optimization goals.
