Márcio Antunes is an Agile Coach/ScrumMaster working with multi-engineering teams in aeronautics.
He was a Developer Team Business Lead @ Create IT, where he also worked as a developer. Previously he worked for 4+ years as ScrumMaster and project management roles and 10+ years as consultant, developer and project manager in RAD systems using CASE tools and custom code for the public sector, mainly in HR and Finance solutions.
He's known for his ability of connecting people of different backgrounds and making teams cohesive. He has a background in computer and software engineering as well a great interest in management and strategical matters, so he is an all-round full-stack professional, including stacks of tech, management and other fields.
He was also an entrepreneur for a short time, working in high ROI solutions for computer desktops. In this period of his life he researched and integrated virtual desktop solutions and built partnerships with tech companies in order to build successful products.
He was also an auditor in big companies for a brief time, mainly checking Sarbanes-Oxley and ITIL compliance and integrating results in Finance auditing as part of the Enterprise Risk Service.
