Oleksandr is a strong Technical Product Manager with good technical and analytical background.

Being responsible for the Developers Partner Program in Wargaming he has successfully launched a product and continuously developed it for more then 3 years. He was leading pre-production, production, support and operation product teams. Acted as a Product Owner in Scrum framework. Success in Wargaming confirmed his approach that all processes can be and must be continuously improved.

During designing and engineering of brand new product in Materials Dental Oleksandr tasted Scrum methodology from Product Owner viewpoint. Uncovering users needs and finding solutions to satisfy it was an important step towards future success as Product Manager. His ability to listen and hear the voice of customer played a major role here.

Before medical and videogames industries Oleksandr got a huge expirience in System and Business analysis in the country leading telco. This was also a great example of current software development approaches for him, gave a possibility to structure and try in practice existing knowledges.
