Lee Street - An experienced IT professional with over 15 years working within the software development industry. with over 8 years experience as a practitioner in Agile methodologies.  Promoting Agile principles & values, through the use of Scrum, Kanban and XP practices.  Proven success leading technical teams delivering software and achieving system development goals.  Helping organizations adopt or improve their agility through collaboration and empowerment.  An adaptable and ambitious individual who is committed to making a difference.

A former active member at Bath & South Wales Agile user groups and presently at Atlanta Scrum User group.  I have presented at different British Computer Society events about various Agile topics within the South Wales region.  I recently presented for Alistair Cockburn in October at his Agile coaching course in Pittsburgh.

Recently worked with up to three Scrum Teams – Two onsite Teams, who develop new IHG web services/features for our international clients across 10 different brands. One distributed team, whose goal is to update and improve our customer brand experience when using IHG online services. Working alongside fellow Agilest, to carry out an full scale Agile transformation. Educate and mentor the Scrum Framework as well as coaching the teams to optimise quality and performance. Conducting Sprint Demo’s and Reviews, gathering valuable feedback enabling team performance and output to improve Capturing and tracking program metrics and perform analysis Utilizing Kanban to manage and visualize our business partners expectations and priorities.
