My background is in business, product and project management.

My first steps with Scrum were done in 2007, while working on a highly complex project. The scope was huge and not fully defined while inherent risks were running high. As a project manager, I was not properly equipped to show progress. Discussing with my peers, I was redirected to Ken Schwaber and Mike Beedle's book "Agile Software Development with Scrum". Continuing with Ken's "Agile Project Management with Scrum", I decided to implement Scrum and become the team's product owner. In those years, I also had the opportunity to implement agile values in other area than software development.

A career change occurred in 2012, where I focused my work on product ownership. This time working with highly capable Scrum masters who enabled me to further evolve as a collaborator and a true servant leader. The Agile principles became the foundation for all value generating activities around the team.

In 2015, my role evolved when I started in a large communication company. I started to do more coaching, collaboration workshops and presentations. As of today, I continue in this direction with a firm that specializes in Agile transformations.
